Crispy Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 2 bunches broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup roasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place them on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and crispy on the edges. While the broccoli is roasting, place the sesame oil and chili flakes in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  4. When the broccoli is ready, remove from the oven and drizzle wth a little of the chili oil, and sesame seeds, before serving.
