- 3 leaves kale
- 3 leaves romaine
- 1 banana
- 1 green apple
- ½ cucumber
- 1 celery stalk
- ¼ cup each cilantro and parsley
- 2 cups coconut water
- ½ cup ice
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Pinch cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
