In addition to running this vegan food blog, I manage Plant Food and Wine in Venice, California. I’ve also been a professional chef for 10 years and have opened and operated 3 vegan restaurants, Cru Restaurant in Los Angeles, Six Main in Connecticut and Chavela in Hollywood.
This is my where I share my recipes and tips about plant-based living, cooking and health. Whether you’re an experienced cook or just getting started with plant based food, I hope to have something that excites and helps you love healthy and compassionate cooking.
